Description |
*Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the Front Office staff. *Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition. *Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival. *Respond appropriately to guest complaints. *Implement appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction. *Perform other duties as assigned including assisting staff with their job functions during peak periods. *Proficiency in basic math skills and at least an intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Excel. *Also required are financial skills including understanding simple percentages, the ability to accurately transfer numbers from reports to spreadsheets to software systems and the ability to check and double check work for accuracy |
