When Sita brings her family from India to Great Britain, she must leave her beloved milk cow behind. Life in the West is not as she expected, and neither is the husband who meets her there. As Sita grows increasingly distant, she is visited more and more frequently by her old milk cow. Can she overthrow dreams of the past, to take control of her present? Or at least her daughter's future? |
